Working directly with kids

 Nursery Caregiver
Tending to the needs of infants and toddlers through the age of 2 years old.   
Commitment: 1 weekend service at least once per month.

Classroom Lead – Various Ages (2 yrs through 6th grade)
Facilitate class with provided classroom lesson and activities.
Commitment: 1 weekend service at least once per month, lesson preparation during the week.

Classroom Assistant – Various Ages (2 yrs through 6th grade)
Assist classroom lead with provided classroom lesson activities.
Commitment: 1 weekend service at least once per month, lesson review during the week.

Nursery On-Call Substitute
Tending to the needs of infants and toddlers through the age of 2 years old.   
Commitment: As needed.

Classroom On Call Substitute  
Assist/lead classroom as needed for absences due to illness or vacation.
Commitment: As needed

24/7 Small Group Leader (1st – 6th grade)
Lead a group of kids through provided age appropriate Bible lesson.
Commitment: Tuesday nights from 6:16-8:15 during the fall and spring semester, lesson preparation during the week.

Special Event Volunteers
Serve during special events such as Kids Camp, Trunk or Treat or during holiday services or summer vacation.
Commitment: as needed.

Children’s Musical Assistant
Assist with the rehearsals and production of a yearly children’s musical.  
Commitment:  Approximately 2 - 3 hours per week during performance season (August – December).

Child Care Provider
Provide paid child care for children of all ages during special events and Adult Ed classes.  
Commitment: As needed.

Supporting Kids View ministry

Kids View Table Greeters
Welcome new families, register their children, and escort them to their classrooms.
Commitment: 20 minutes before a weekend service of your choice.

Crafty Cutters
Cut out craft materials for Kids View classes.  
Commitment:  Approximately 1 hour weekly.

Prayer Pals Team
Pray for children, volunteers, leaders and staff.  
Commitment: Approximately 1 hour weekly.

Decorating Designers
Work with a team to prepare props or decorations for special events, children’s ministry table, and classrooms.  
Commitment: As needed.

Kids View Techie
Run power point, video/sound equipment during special events.  
Commitment: As needed.
