Hospitality
This team sets out refreshments for attendees and guests. They ensure that tables are stocked with food and drink - provided by the church. Duties include set up, restocking and clean up.
Commitment: Once a month, 1 hour before and ½ hour after service.
Greeters
This team smiles, shakes hands, and greets our members and guests as they arrive for weekend services. They also direct first time guests to children’s classrooms and worship services.
Commitment: Once a month, 15 minutes before the service you attend.
Welcome Center Attendants
This is a team of friendly people who are responsible for welcoming first time guests as well as assisting members. They are available to answer questions and provide information about our church and ministries.
Commitment: Once a month, 15 minutes before and after the service you attend.
Communion Team Members
Communion team members help serve communion at the weekend services. They pass communion trays, baskets, and offering bags during service.
Commitment: Once a month at the service you attend.
Communion Team Leads
Team leads prepare communion trays, set up for the services, and serves communion. Also hands out programs before service begins.
Commitment: Once a month arriving 45 minutes to an hour before the service for preparation, serving during services, and some clean-up after services end.
Parking Team
This team allows our parking lot to flow smoothly as we transition between services on Sunday - help set out cones and direct traffic flow.
Commitment: Once a month on Sundays before and after 1st and 2nd services.
